*EVENT REPORT* Beauty Class with The Body Shop

Dear Readers,

This time I wanna share about my first experience of attending a beauty class. Well, I never go to a beauty class before. Because every time I wanna go, something happened. For example, I have bought a ticket for a makeup class, but suddenly my parents made a plan to go to my brother or sister's place. Or my nephews came over for several days and I have to be their nanny. So this time is officially my first beauty and makeup class that I attended. 

Few days ago when me and Ryo came to TBS store, the shop assistant offer me wether I want to join their beauty class or not. I said yes without thinking too much. Their beauty class are for free. Yay! Actually that was my third offers. The first and second indeed I can't attend at the end. But yes, the third finally I can make it real. I asked my mom's permission and I got it. Several days later, I read my group LINE and I found that one of the member offered the others to join the TBS beauty class. Whispered to myself that I have not to be alone there, I got some friends with me. 5 persons including me will be attending the class. Sounds good and really fun.

Count the days and finally Monday. Really excited about it. I came little bit late because I have to wait the bus quite long. Yes I do ride the public transportation. It because I can't drive a motorcycle or a car. Ha! Came to the TBS store and several people has come. Met 2 of my friends too. Shortly after, one friend came after me. The shop assistant offered me to become a model but I refused it. Just because I want to learn, to to become a model. Maybe next beauty class I will able to be a model. Ha! 

TBS team has already prepared all the things we need. Like the skincare products, makeup, tools, mirror, bandana, and chest cover. Even they gave us snacks too. They also provide some brochures about their various skincare line. What I love about TBS product is they are safe to use for a pregnant woman, and they're animal testing free. Me personaly use some of their products like BB cream, tea tree oil, lipstick, and more. 





Finally the even has been started. First, they gave us lots of information about skin types, their skincare types, and skincare steps. Skincare steps as you know, it begin with cleanser --> toner --> pre serum --> serum --> eye cream --> moisturizer for daily. For weekly treatment we should take the exfoliator and the mask at least twice a week. TBS team taught us how to do the skincare treatment. How to cleanse, how massage your face, how to apply serum, eye cream, and moisturizer, and dab dab finish. Ha! 


After some steps of daily skincare, we moved to practice the makeup demo. Start with apply the base (just like a pore perfector) --> BB cream (because it's lighter than foundation) --> loose powder --> eyeshadow base --> eyeshadow --> eyeliner --> mascara --> eyebrow --> contour and highlight (if we need to) --> blush on --> lip liner --> lipstick --> set the makeup with compact powder. Yeah lot of things to do. I can not do the whole makeup routine yet. First, I very rarely wearing eyeshadow on my daily makeup. I don't know how to wearing it. I feel like lil bit awkward to see my eyes in eyeshadow. Kind of eyeshadow is not fit in my eyes. I don't know why, maybe because I have very small eyelids. Me very envy with Ryo's eyes, it's deep, have big eyelids, and it must be very pretty to put the eyeshadow on it. Ha! Second, I can't do the eyebrows done perfectly like the shop assistant did to me. She gave me the great eyebrows game. And I do amaze with it. Really want to make the perfect eyebrows every time I do makeup. Will need so much effort to try and doing trial and error.


Well unfotunatelly I didn't take my before the class photo. Forgot to take. I only took the after class. Also took some selfie with my friends. We really had so much fun! Can't wait for another meet up with them. Oh, and I pardon about my not so good photos, it was taken only with my phone. Ha! Maybe I need to purchase a good camera. Well, let's see later.

*REVIEW* Basilia Cafe and Dine

Hi Readers!

Today I'm gonna write a review about our first experience at Basilia Cafe. It's a local cafe based in Semarang, Central java, Indonesia. They call themselves as the Natural Kitchen. This year will be their 9th year since the first they opened their cafe. They claimed that they only use the best ingredients also they avoid MSG or any other food addictives. They also said that they use organic veggies and fruits from the local farmers. Well, we really enthusiast about it. 

Basilia Cafe are located in 2 places in Semarang. The first is in the Simpang Lima area which is inside of the Mall. The second one is located in Jatingaleh area and they are in their own building. We went to the second cafe because Ryo want to try their homey feels in their own building. 

It was about at 1pm when we got there. First impression, well it's gonna be cozy and homey place. But I hate when Ryo said that the building used to be a horror house. Aaargghh! It's 2 levels house, the first level quite crowded, and I don't like it. Because the space is too small for me. We went to the 2nd level which is outdoor area. The area wasn't too wide, but it's just enough. We got a bonus, it was quiet and it's only two of us there. Yay! Second level is an open space with cozy and homey decoration. There is so many table and chairs in vary size and shape. We choose the coffee table and sofa. 




The air wasn't hot at all, it's quite mild and cool. Maybe because it's located in higher area in Semarang. There's lots of lights and it's probably be very romantic in the night. We can see Semarang landscape view from there. It's perfect for chilling up and release the stress. Unfortunatelly, there is no live music. Or Maybe because we went there in the noon. Well, we don't know yet. Perhaps we have to back there in the night to feel the night ambience. 


Waiter was going very nice. We ordered pizza and french fries with some fresh drinks. Need to be patient a little bit for food to come. Well, it's not a fast food restaurant. Ha! Taste is so good, especially the pizza. We ordered Absolute Meety Pizza in small size (IDR 49k). It's an Italy style pizza, which is thin dough and crispy pizza topping with various kind of beef meats, olives, onion, mushrooms, paprika, tomatoes, mozarella, and homemade tomatoes sauce. I love it. French fries (IDR 22k) went too big portion for us in the end. We ordered the big portion one, if we know that was too big, we gonna ordered the small one. For the drink, I ordered Honey Lemon with Basil twist (IDR 18.9k). Really refreshing but if there's an option, I prefer to change the basil with mint. Ryo ordered the cappucino ice (IDR 19.9k). Taste is just so-so. Just like the common cappucino ice. But whatever, he loves coffee. 



At first I think the price will be killing us. But I was wrong. It's cheap enough for a fresh, homemade, and organic food. Price range is about IDR 11.5k - IDR 75k for the food and IDR 10.5k - IDR 125k for the drinks. They provide beers and alcoholic drinks. For food, they have soups and salads for appetizer. They have western and asian style for the maincourse. Some ice cream, fruits, and sweet treats for desserts. Also they have some snacks. Complete enough to satisfy your tummy.

We snapped some pictures for our documentary need. Act like a pro blogger. Ha! Oh I almost forgot. I have to tell you that all the price is not include the 10% tax yet. So don't be forget if you order, do count your taxes too!

It's Not an Ordinary Day

Hi Readers,

You know, me with Ryo is in a Long Distance Relationship for about 6 months and still counting. We live in different city because he have to work there. And for 6 months we can't see each other in person. But yesterday on April 2nd, Ryo came home. YAY! Finally I can see him. Me with his family picked him up in the airport. I was so happy to see him. I miss him soooo much. Half of the year not see him, you know how it feels. But he have to go to Jogjakarta with his family from Friday until Sunday for family things. It was okay, because me and Ryo gonna spend our Monday from day to night only just two of us.

On Monday, we met at a bank. Ryo had a problem with his card so he had to fix it before he went back to Jakarta. He have me to accompany him. And it's my pleasure. Right after that, we went to the clothes factory outlet to search some goodies. Ryo want to buy new beanie hat. Because his hat was lost at his aunty's house and he is really really upset about it. The beanie is our first stuff that we bought together as a couple stuff. And the memories is too much with it. That's why he really regret and sad. The last time we went to the store, we saw lots of beanie. I was asking him to buy one that time, but he refused it. But yesterday when we went there, we saw no beanie at all. Most of the hat is snapback. He didn't fit in the snapback at all in my opinion. Okay, we found no beanie, we moved at the clothes. Well, found no shirt, or blouse, or anything good. Me either, found no top or cute dress at all. 

Went somewhere else, we went to the Mall for search some good stuff. Strolling at some stores, found nothing. There were some of good stuff but overpriced. Big no to buy. Ha! I only bought my tea tree oil at Body Shop counter because mine was run out and I still have a pimple on my forehead. Hahahhaaa, you know, I've been struggling much with acne problem. I will write a post about it later. Walking a lot made us tired, then we chilled out at the food court to have some drinks and snacks. Took couple of selfie of us. Psst, it's our monthly anniversary too. We are about 3 years and 10 months. So happy!!




Forgive Ryo's unhappy face. Because he was uncomfortable to took a picture of him in public area. It's okay, he's not a selfie lover like me. Ha! Girl's problem.

We went for a late lunch after that. Went and try a cafe named Basilia. Ryo wanna go there because he ever watched a tv show that reviewing that cafe. I will write a review about the cafe later. Stay catch up with us! We went home after chilling up, chit chat, laughing, and snapping photos. He drove me home, met my parents, and then he went his home. Fyuhh, such a happy day I could meet him in person. Can't wait to meet him again!!

The Glittery World of Me

Dear Readers,

This is my turn to make an introduction about myself. I am Fadlilatunnisa, an Aquarius, 25 yo. People call me Dila. I have the same age with Ryo, because we born in the same year, also same month but he came first. Actually I was born in Solo, a beautiful heritage city in Java. But my letter made in different city. Ha! I live in Semarang now, and I used to live in Solo for 6 years. Have finished my university level, and now I run my own in-growing business. 

Well, now let's talking about my favourites. First, music. I love Jonas Brother. Hahahahaa.. Sadly they didn't exist anymore and choose to be solo player. I had a big crush on Joe. God, he's soooo hot. Ryo always deny when I start to talk about Joe to him. He's more like the most annoying person when he started to say that I love the guy man. Oh baby, believe me he isn't.

Second, fashion. I love fashion and anything about it. But I don't follow the trend too much. I have my own style. I love layering clothes, sweet dresses, simply outfit, and sometimes I do edgy too. I don't shop the expensive clothes except they are on discount price, and I rather shop at Flea Market. For me, flea market is like a heaven. I could find great clothes in great condition with cheap price. Sometimes I can get branded clothes. Even Ryo ever got Levi's and uniqlo pants in very low prices. Also I ever got brand new uniqlo cardigan. But you guys have to be very careful if you want to buy clothes from flea market. You have to wash them very very deep clean to get away the dirts, smells, and anything unwanted. 

Third, food. What I love the most is doughnut. I don't know why, but I think I have a special connection with doughnut. Ha! Even you can bribe me with a box of doughnut. Hahahaha... Don't get me wrong, but the are soo good. I love the sweet one, but I don't like doughnut from Dunkin. They are too sweet. Too much sweet glazing and topping. 

Enough about my favourites. Let's talk about my family. I have a brother and a sister, and the have married. And I'm the last one who haven't. Having one niece and two nephews. They such an adorable. I love them. Can't wait more to have my own baby. Haha! Here's a picture of me with my lovely nephew. He's naughty but smart. Very talkative instead. He's sweet too. I love him.

Well, I got no word anymore to write about my glittery world. It's not the all yet, but it's completely enough to describe about my glittery world. See you soon on my next posts. Lots of post I'm gonna write. Do wait for it. ^^,
